A static grounding system equipped with tanker identification functionality, preventing false grounding.
The key to tanker identification is ensuring the effectiveness and safety of each static grounding operation. During hazardous material handling, false grounding may prevent static electricity from being properly discharged into the earth, increasing the risk of fire or explosion. Traditional grounding systems can be affected by coatings, corrosion, grease, or insulation materials, leading to false grounding. By identifying the tanker in real-time, Earthing Pro TK ensures that the connection between the grounding system and the tanker is genuine, eliminating the risk of static accumulation due to poor grounding, and ensuring safety and compliance during the operation.
Earthing Pro TK utilizes a two-step verification and one-step identification process to ensure the authenticity and safety of each static grounding operation. The working principle is as follows:
Verifies the true connection between the device and earth, ensuring the grounding wire is properly connected and preventing false grounding due to coatings, corrosion, or other factors.
Using capacitance detection, the system identifies the real-time connection status between the static grounding clamp and the tanker, ensuring the reliability of the grounding connection. If the capacitance value does not meet the required threshold, the system identifies it as a false grounding and prevents further verification.
Verifies that the grounding loop resistance is below 10Ω, ensuring the grounding loop has low-resistance characteristics for quick and effective static discharge.
With these three verifications, Earthing Pro TK ensures the authenticity and effectiveness of the grounding status before each loading and unloading operation, providing robust static protection and preventing static-related safety incidents.
