FlexPerm 2.0 is an advanced, multi-functional overfill protection device designed for hazardous material handling operations, providing reliable overflow protection. The device supports two types of sensor connections and is capable of real-time monitoring of the tanker compartments’ dry and wet status, ensuring each operation meets specific requirements. The system also includes a personnel monitoring function (Deanman Held) and features a reserved data upload interface (RS-485 or TCP/IP) for integration with other management systems.

 

  • Sensor Compatibility: Supports two types of sensor connections (two-wire and five-wire), ensuring the device’s compatibility and flexibility under various operational conditions.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Displays the dry and wet status of the tanker compartments in real-time, ensuring that overflow risks are promptly monitored and controlled during each loading and unloading operation.

  • Personnel Monitoring Function: If the system detects the absence of an operator, it automatically triggers an alarm, prompting the operator to take immediate action, ensuring safety during operations.

  • Data Upload Interface: The device is equipped with RS-485 or TCP/IP data upload interfaces, allowing easy integration of device data with other management systems for enhanced data analysis and remote monitoring capabilities.
